Preparing for Ramadan in Body, Mind and Soul
Week 7
Body - Benefits of Suhor
We often feel the need to catch that extra few minutes sleep rather than benefit from the blessings of Suhor. Read this class to understand the significance of Suhor and to share with other sisters in what your favourite Suhor recipes are. Learn more from the class notes by clicking here.
Our project for the body this week is to submit your favourite suhor recipe with a photo so we can include it here in our website.

Soul - What can we do when we can't pray or fast?
It is almost like we check out of Ramadan when the monthly bleed (or post natal bleed) begins. This class is to help you think ahead and plan what you will do to stay in a spiritual state throughout Ramadan, including in these moments when you can fast or pray. Mind - Getting Organised for Ramadan
