Quinoa and Rice Porridge
For 1 serve.
2 Tablespoons Rice Flakes
2 Tablespoons Quinoa Flakes
3 dried dates
150ml water
Honey
Milk (cow, sheep, soy, rice, almond - whichever you prefer)
1. Place flakes in a bowl.
2. Cut up the dates into small pieces and place in the bowl.
3. Add the water
4. Cook in the microwave for 90 secs.
5. Add honey to tast.
6. Add and stir in enough milk to make it a thick creamy texture.
