This week's tasks and task sheet
The project for the body this week is to find ways to reduce sugar in your diet. Note the types of foods you eat that you have found to have sugar in the sheet below.
The task for the soul is the fast on Mondays and Thursdays from now until Ramadan whenever you are able to fast. Don't forget to make up any fasts from last year first.
And for the mind, when ever you have an emotional reaction to something, make a note of it so you can see if there are any patterns, any particular reasons why your emotions are being restimulated.
