This week's tasks and task sheet
So the challenge for this week for the body is to drink 2 litres of water a day and record the amount in the chart below. Don't worry if you don't get 2 litres the first day, work up to it insha Allah. Also record what other drinks you are having.
For our daily prayers I want you to record how many you did on time and how many your did with good concentration.
And for the mind, record your excuses. When you find yourself using excuses write them down. Also write down you reasons as well, so you can see later is they truly are reasons or also excuses in disguise.
