This week's tasks and task sheet
The project for the body this week is to balance your nutrition in quantity and the variety of foods that you eat. Note the changes you have made in the sheet below.
The task for the soul is to increase your level of night prayers. If you currently don't pray at night then begin with a regular small amount of rakat every night, if you already prayer at night, increase to the next level insha Allah.
And for the mind, work through the questions for productivity and try and define the direction you want to go in your life and what actions you can take to move forward. Note you answers in the sheet below.
